Order Processing and Shipping Viaduct Bags requires 1-2 business days for order processing. Once processed, the order will ship via Fed Ex. Shipping options include Fed Ex Ground, 2-Day and Overnight, and the cost for each is provided at the time of item selection for easy comparison and review before check out. Shipping cost is calculated per each item ordered. All product is shipped from Seattle, WA and ground orders require up to 5 to 7 days transit time.
Warranty Viaduct bags are warranted to be free of defect in material and construction. To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at 206-957-6805 for a return authorization number and return shipment instruction. Products failing due to normal wear and tear, abuse, accident, or natural breakdown of materials over time are not covered under this warranty.
Returns and Exchanges Viaduct Bags accepts returns/exchanges for unused products purchased from www.viaductbags.com. For returns/exchanges of bags purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer directly for their return/exchange policy.

Shipping Policy for Returns It is your responsibility to pay for return shipping charges. We recommend you use a shipment method with a tracking number, but it is not required. We are not responsible for items sent back without a tracking number. If your item is defective or you were sent the wrong item, we will reimburse you for the item. Any items sent back in unsellable condition will be sent back to the customer with no refund issued.
